Based on the specifications that Dexter gave me for your axle, your axle is a 3,500 lbs torsion axle. We do not carry torsion axles, so the best upgrade for your trailer would be an axle-less suspension system. The axle-less system will be far easier to install and set up compared to a traditional straight-axle and leaf spring suspension system. The Pop-Up Camper Latch and Catch # 37210825 is zinc coated to resist rust. In the event the coating becomes scratched or the zinc wears through from use it will begin to rust on the exposed steel. Hey Julie, in the past we have had customer with a 2017 Aliner camper just like yours verify that they had Dexter 2,500 Torflex axles like what the Dexter lift kit part # K71-707-01 fit. Now this kit can't work with the 3 inch high profile brackets which aren't able to determine if your camper has those or not for sure so I would recommend measuring to be sure. This means the bracket that attaches the axle to the frame of trailer can't be 3 inches or higher. view full answer...
I spoke with someone at Aliner and they said the replacement bearings for the 2013 Aliner Expedition Camper are the same as the 2014 model. You will have to measure the bearings on your wheel. I will include a diagram that explains how to measure the bearings, races, and seals. For example, if you have Replacement Trailer Hub Bearing - L68149, part # L68149, the inner diameter of the bearing is 1.378".

The LubriMatic Disc/Drum Brake and Wheel Bearing Grease part # L11380 is a lithium-complex based grease. Lithium complex grease like this is compatible with most types of grease so you just need to make sure what you have isn't Barium, Bentonite Clay, or Conventional Polyurea.

I believe the 2021 Aliner Expedition Camper has a 2" by 4" bumper. Providing your bumper can support the attachment and weight, I highly recommend an RV Bumper Hitch, # C19101. This is a very cost effective way of adding a hitch to a small camper for attachments such as bike racks or cargo carrier, # e98874. This has a maximum tongue weight of up to a full 350 lbs.

From what I could find it looks like your 2015 Aliner Evolution camper is 22' long. If this is the box itself then you need the Adco SFS AquaShed RV Cover for Hi-Lo Travel Trailers # 290-12252 but if that 22' length includes the trailer tongue then your box is likely closer to the 18' length that the Cover # 290-12295 fits instead.

While we don't have any way of knowing what exact wheel is on a 2022 Aliner Expedition, from what I saw on their website they did use 14 inch wheels and not 15 inch like you mentioned. You'll need to verify that on your end but if they do have 14 inch wheels, the 14 inch version of the Dexstar you mentioned is the following:

What's great about the Lippert Jack-It part # LC429756 is that you can actually adapt it to fit a hitch instead with the part # LC723359 so that it would cover both of your needs easily and reasonably. I think this is your best option overall as it doesn't require additional adapters and a more expensive bike rack as well.

I will say that it's not uncommon to have the open hatch on your fan open facing the direction of travel, so the orientation of your fan isn't a huge concern; they normally do a fairly good job of keeping most of the moisture out of your camper when they are closed properly. With that being said, the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent # MA00-07500K is a great upgrade that will certainly do a superior job of keeping any rain or other moisture out of your camper.

I took a look at the dimensions of your 2020 Aliner Expedition Camper. My information shows your camper measuring 18' long x 7-1/4' wide x 5-1/2' tall. With this in mind we are going to have to go with a cover not meant for a pop-up trailer like item # 290-12295 because of the height difference.
